Zoo Snooze

Ever wonder what sights and sounds go down in the zoo at night? There is only one way to find out, and that is by participating in a Zoo Snooze! Zoo Snoozes are a great way to get your group out of the house for a night to participate in evening escapades all while learning about some nocturnal creatures!

Zoo Snoozes include an evening hike, behind-the-scenes tours, pizza dinner, animal visitors, light breakfast, and a morning trek before the Zoo opens. Your group will also receive next-day admission to the Zoo. Be sure to bring your sleeping bag and experience a night in our Zoo Classrooms.

Themes:
Nocturnal Ed-Venture

Have you ever been called a “night owl"? Book a Nocturnal Ed-venture Zoo Snooze to find out what that phrase means as we learn all about owls during an owl pellet dissection. Enjoy dinner as we discover what really goes "bump in the night." Your group will also visit with some animal friends around Memphis Zoo and explore some seasonal exhibits with your Snooze Guide!

Know Before You Go:
  • Zoo Snoozes must be booked at least 4 weeks in advance.
  • Zoo Snoozes require a minimum payment of $1200 for up to 15 participants and an additional $80 per person for up to 50 total participants.
  • There will be a 20 % non-refundable deposit collected at the time of booking. The final payment and headcount for your Zoo Snooze are due 7 days before your program date.
