Bring the entire family to learn from local craftsmen, hear folk music, churn your own butter and even stamp your own leather at the Once Upon A Farm exhibit. Join us for a down-home good time at Harvest Fest!

  • Senior Safari Day

    Seniors 55+ admitted free.

    Memphis Zoo is partnering with the Professional Network on Aging to bring you another Senior Safari. Seniors age 55 and up will receive free admission, parking and tram rides to the Zoo with entertainment in the Primate Pavilion and special stations throughout the Zoo!     Event Information -

    • Admission, parking and tram rides are free for seniors 55 and up.
    • More than 70 vendors will be on hand providing access to resources for seniors, including healthy living, government services, financial planning, housing, home repair, insurance and much more.
    • Entertainment will take place at the Primate Pavilion. Acts include Donna Wolf, the Peacemakers, Dare & Walley and the Jim Mahannah Band.
    • Presenting Sponsors: The Memphis Zoo, The Professional Network on Aging and Always Best Care; Event Sponsors include United Healthcare, Satellite Healthcare/Wellbound, Genesis Donor Program, Sharp, Robbins & Popwell, LLC, Southland Park Gaming and Racing and The Best Times.

  • Lattes for Lorises

    Love lattes? Love lorises? Love lorises a latte?

    Join Memphis AAZK Chapter as they host the all-new Lattes for Lorises event at Tamp and Tap – Downtown location. For every latte sold on Saturday, October 7, a $1 donation (per latte) will be given to Little Fireface Project, a conservation organization educating the public about lorises in the wild.
