COVID-19 Statement

The health and safety of our guests, team members, volunteers and animals remain Memphis Zoo’s top priority as we continue to monitor any new developments related to COVID-19.

We are committed to taking proactive steps to help reduce the spread of this virus.

Starting Monday, March 16th all indoor exhibits, playground, rides and trams will be closed to guests. Signs will be posted throughout the zoo to notify visitors of these closures.

Food will be available at the Cat House Café side window across from the playground, but the Cat House dining area will be closed.

Since there will be a decrease in the amenities we offer, ticket prices will be discounted.

We continue to follow current Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines by asking employees and guests to stay home if they are sick, encouraging respiratory etiquette and hand hygiene, and routinely cleaning all surfaces and public areas.

Please continue to follow our social media pages and website for updates.
