• Age:  Snoozers must be age 6 or older (except for special event snoozes with parental participation).
• Group size: minimum of 15 paying participants; maximum of 33 total participants including 
  
•        chaperones (if larger group please contact us for options).  Groups smaller than 15 will be
  
•        charged a group rate consistent with the 15 camper minimum.  Two adult chaperones are
  
•        required to attend free of charge.  School Group Snoozes have special rates and
  
•        chaperone/teacher requirements.  See that section for more information.
  
• Price:  This night-time adventure has an all-inclusive rate.  As low as $50 per person (minimum of
  
•        15 paying participants/includes a special Zoo Snooze T-shirt).  Cost includes Zoo admission for
  
•        the following day.   Chaperones can purchase T-shirts at the Zoo gift shop the next morning.
  
• 24-hour security is on the premises.
• An evening snack and continental breakfast are provided.  Dinner isn't included: please see your confirmation packet for a listing of restaurants near the Zoo.  
  
• Bring your own sleeping bag, pillows, mats, etc. (This is like camping so bring only what you can
  
•        carry!)
• Topic choices - select one: Reptiles, Mammals, Animal Adaptations, CHINA, Northwest Passage,
  
•        Endangered Species, Birds, Nocturnal Animals, or Animal Habitats

Cancellation Policy for Group Snoozes:

• Cancellations 30 days or more before the date of the program receive refund minus $20 processing fee.
• Cancellations 8 – 29 days prior to program date will forfeit the $200 deposit.
• Cancellations 1 – 7 days prior to program date will forfeit 50% of program cost.
• Cancellations day of program or no shows will receive no refund.

Cancellation Policy for Zoo Sponsored Snoozes:

• Reservations canceled 15 days or more prior to the event will receive a refund, minus a $20 processing fee per reservation.
• Reservations canceled 1- 14 days prior to the event will not receive a refund. Reservations canceled the day of the event or no-shows will not receive a refund.

Moving program date more than twice incurs a $20 processing fee.

The Memphis Zoo reserves the right to cancel a Zoo Snooze program if minimum participant requirements are not met. If appropriate the Memphis Zoo reserves the right to combine groups to meet minimum participant requirements. Prices are subject to change.
