The Memphis Zoo's here to help your Scouts do their best.  We offer Badge in a Day programs and special Zoo Snoozes to help them learn the law of the pack.

Badge In A Day

10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
$25 per child - members (includes one adult)
$35 per child - nonmembers (includes one adult)
* Minimum of 15 paying participants for program to take place

Select a topic for an exciting program geared toward Girl Scouts and Cub Scouts, the Badge In A Day program will give your scout the opportunity to earn a badge while participating in fun, educational, interactive activities like crafts, live animal visits, experiments, and tours of the Zoo! Limited space and dates available!

All participants are responsible for acquiring the earned badge through their local council.

Scout Snoozes

$50 per participant

* Minimum of 15 paying participants, maximum of 33 total participants including chaperones. 

Two free chaperones may attend when you pay for 15 participants.

Includes a special Zoo Snooze t-shirt and Snooze patch.

Gather your scouts and make tracks to the Zoo!  Our Zoo Snooze program gives your Girl or Cub Scouts the opportunity to work toward a badge while participating in fun, educational and interactive activities!  Click here for more information about Zoo Snoozes.

Scouts will earn a Snooze patch as well as satisfy some of the requirements for a badge or elective:

Interested in our Scout programs?  Please contact us with a list of possible program dates that would work for your group. We will work with you to schedule a program on a day that is convenient for you.

We do not set aside any dates particularly for badge-in-a-day programs. They are scheduled on a first-come, first-registered basis.
