Members Discounts Online
Zoo members can now get their members discount on select events online. While not all events are posted yet, we are working on getting every event that has a member discount available to purchase over the Web.

How To Log InBefore you can receive your discount, you must log in
to the membership record we have on file for you. If you do not log in,
you will not see the discounted ticket price appear at the Checkout
screen.
- 1. - Go to our ticketing page here.
- 2. - Click "View My Account" in the left navigation.
- 3. - Enter the email address that is associated with your membership.
- 4. - Click "Forgot Password" and we will send you the password for your account.
- 5. - Once you retrieve your password, enter your email and password on the "View My Account" page.
- 6. - In your Account page, click on the Membership tab in the Account History section.
- 7. - If you see a membership with a status of "Active," then you are ready to obtain your discounts for online tickets.
If you do not see a membership in your account, please
call us at (901) 333-6767 or email us at membership@memphiszoo.org. We
will link your account to your current active membership. |

FAQsQ. When I go to the checkout screen, why isn't my membership discount applied to the order?

If your membership discount is not applied to your order then your
membership is not linked to the account you're using. Please call (901)
333-6767 or email membership@memphiszoo.org and assist.
Q. I selected "Print at Home" for ticket delivery, but I have not received my tickets via email.
- A.
It can take up to 15 minutes to receive your tickets via email. Please
also check that the message was not caught in a spam or junk message
folder. You may want to add onlinesales@memphiszoo.org to your safe
list.

Moving/Change of Address
Updating your new information with the Zoo is a snap! Just send us an e-mail at membership@memphiszoo.org or call (901) 333-6767 with your new address, and we'll do the rest. NOTE: the post office will not forward member publications from the Memphis Zoo.
